sending picture message

Help every time I send a picture message it comes back unable to send generic network failure I have any one b4 so I no how to do it,but its like the picture is too big please help
 
What application are you using? Can you send an MMS without an attachment (to an email address to convert it to mms)?

What network are you on? Have you checked your MMS APN settings against your network's website?
