Help Sending sms from new number without GRPS enabled ???

[charlessxavier]

Hi all,

I just want to know if there is any application that sends sms to pre configured in it

But the important thing is that The guy who has stolen and changed the sim may or may not have GPRS enabled in it..

so is there any app that can send sms even if the new sim is nt activated with GPRS settings ??

As in GALAXY S they already have an inbuilt application as MOBILE TRACKER....
