Help Sending Video MMS

Ok so I have tried ever setting in my resolution and filmed 20 sec's of random stuff and tried to send it through MMS and no luck all it says is file to big. Am i missing something here.

Set your resolution to QCIF(176x144), encoding to h.263, and recording length to 30 seconds.

I just tried this, sent it to my wife's dumbphone, and it played fine on her phone! Sent using stock messaging app.

i dont even have that option under settings.

Are you updated to 2.2? Or maybe rooted?
