Sending video MMS

I haven't been able to send video with the messaging app or with Pansi, i keep getting error that says file too large to send. "message size limit reached" I cut down the video to 10 sec and it's still telling me it's too large to send. Is there another app I can use or any ideas?? The file size says 21.94 MB and duration is 10 sec.

I had the same issue. I just dropboxed it. the default video resolution is 1080p. if u plan on recording for mms and sending, u need to reduce it greatly
