Help "sending"

Since ICS update....and going back to Sense after using Go launcher for 9months, could someone please advise why I randomly get "sending" appear at bottom of whichever screen I'm on. What am I sending and more worryingly to whom?

I don't know if its relevant or not but everytime I turn my WiFi/3G on or off it get a black bar at the bottom which says "Network error, please check network"

Hmmm?......not had this.....mine literally just say "sending"

I'm very confused
