Help Sensation XE Modification

So I was wondering is it possible to replace the screen on the HTC sensation XE with the screen from a HTC Rezound, the reason I would want to do this is because the screen from the Rezound is far superior. Also on that same note is it possible to change the Ram with that of the Rezound??

Yes I know that it will completely void any warranty etc but practically speaking is it possible??
 
Not entirely sure but what would be the benefits? The specs seem similar apart from the Rezound screen is better and it's got more RAM.
