Help Sense 3.0 keeps crashing or resetting

Ok my sense 3.0 is crashing continually. For instance going from Daolhin and hitting the home screen im greeted with a white HTC screen followed by my background and evertually everything reloads again. Same with my IRC client or Drag Race. I didnt know it was sense until it crashing and gave me a forceclose or wait box. Whats causing it?

Definitely seems to be caused by an installed application. You would have to uninstall the rogue application(s) to get rid of this problem. You can start by getting rid of all the applications that you don't really use.

After you installed ICS did this problem resolve or did it continue to occur.
