Help Sense UI

How do i get the HTC Desire theme on my Orange San Francisco 2.1? I want the Digital Clock and the Dock which is on HTC Sense.

try Fancy Widgets from the Market

Or even Beautiful Widgets. This will only give you the type of clock you want(amongst other things) but not the dock. As Sense is specific to HTC I doubt you'll be able to, although there may be apps that offer similar docks.
