Help Sent text sound/notification?

On my old phone, I used Chomp SMS app for texting because you could tweak the way it looked. On Jelly Bean, you can tweak the stock app looks and am satisfied with that. However, there is one feature Chomp had that I miss. When your text was actually sent you heard a "varoom" sound. I liked that because I would send a text then lay my phone on the desk. You would get the sound confirmation that it was sent. I don't see that feature in Jelly Bean. I don't want it bad enough to install a whole messaging app for it.

Does anyone know of a small app that all is does is a notification sound that a text was sent? (I'm not able to find one.)
