Help Seperate home screen wallpaper?

OK I was wondering if there was a way to make my 5 different home-screens all have their own pic respectively. When the "similar threads" popped up I saw a post about making the picture not scroll, just the widgets and what-not's. Anyone know of something like this? Especially the different pics one.

Try the launcher "crazy home"
Its got three homecreen levels (as in up and down) and they can each be given different themes all together, not just wallpapers.

Looks sweet, and I know it probably needs most of those permissions, but make phone calls? What could that be for?

I see why all the permissions are needed now. After using GO Regina just doesn't cut it, and it's a bit too slow. But the different wallpapers is EXACTLY what I want. 10 minutes with crazy home and I can already tell GO has some competition.

As with any launcher (Most i would hope) they have the "call" or "Dialer" app, Which allows you to make calls, but in order for it to allow you to make calls, it needs the proper permissions to "make calls" So it would allow you to make calls. Understand?
