What phone are you having problem with? Data issue? Does connecting with WiFi help?

Hello, welcome to the forums.

Can't you use Wifi to set the phone up? I got the option to connect to WiFi during setup, as did most of the phones I've looked at, is it not an option? Which phone are you using?
