Help Serious Boot Loop Trouble

Hey guys, I have a 100% stock HTC ONE SV that has bee giving me so much trouble, ive let the phone sit for a few months after giving up for a while, ive even bought another phone(boost) to hold me over till I can buy a new one, but ive got some free time so I figured i'd give the SV another go. Here's the deal, i never tried to root the phone or unlock it or anything like that, just normal apps like twitter and instagram, and the screen is cracked. One day the phone dies and after I charge it up it just infinitely booted. It would crash and restart after the second set of logos. I called htc and after a few hours with them and using bootloader i managed to get to recovery mode and my phone started to reset itself but it crashed while doing that, the guy from htc guesses the recovery image was itself corrupted from the get go. They wont fix it without me paying to have the screen fixed, and they claim the phone has a bad image from the factory (to lazy to care about redundancy). So now it will boot to a black empty homescreen, stay on for about two minutes, then crash and reboot. If I try to navigate menus I can do that for about a minute then get "process system isnt responding" then it will crash and bootloop like normal. I can try entering recovery mode via bootloader and sometimes it will start to recover but then it will crash. PLEASE if any has experienced this problem let me know how you handled it, even it was just giving up. I have done an extensive amout of research and hardly made any progress. If anyone can help me get the phone working it would truly be a miracle.

Your device has never been rooted nor has the bootloader been unlocked. There is nothing we can currently do for you. You will either have to fork out the money to HTC or toss the phone. Sorry for this news.

You could use an RUU assuming your device is running 4.1.2. Otherwise, it's out of the question. If it is on 4.1.2 then let me know.
