Help Serious camera error problem.

Hi

My GF has a nice new S3.

Everytime we try & use the camera we get: Unknown error by ErrorCallback

I've tried factory reset but this didn't help.

I suspect the phone may need replacing.

Any ideas ?

Yep, if factory reset didn't work then I'd be right in to Verizon for a replacement.

I have a samsung galaxy s2 and I have the same problem. I bought the phone a week ago. The camera worked just fine until last friday.

I do not think it is a hardware problem,I think it is a software problem.

Not sure on the exact steps since I'm waiting on my replacement SGS3 but go to app settings/camera and reset(?). This should get it to work.

Thanks but I tried that already. Did not work. I also reset the phone a couple of times.

Sometimes the camera works and I can make one picture. But after that the image kind of freezes (There are little white stripes on the image)

I got this error on my Note 2 and turning power saving mode off and on fixed it.
