Serious issue with Voice text.

Every time I use voice to text no matter which keyboard I'm using, when it turns off it repeats whatever I have said numerous times. Everytime I use voice to text no matter which keyboard I'm using, when it turns off it repeats whatever I have said numerous times. How can i fix this.

It's not am issue with my device. I tried using voice to text on my other device just now, an LG Stylo. Same thing.
