Help Serious issue

Hi, i own an samsung galaxy s4 active. And i have this HUGE problem, to start with when i plug my phone it to the charger it will begin to charg after a while it will says the battery is 100% the same second i plug it out it will drop down to about 65% and if i use something like something that drains much energy from the battery, i can at its finest watch Youtube for 10min then my phone will die on like 50% battery but it wont start since the battery is then empty and i have to recharge it, another thing is since i have that issue i some times turn off my phone to save battery so its not dead in case i have to make a call, lets say i turn it off on 60% and 5hours later i cant start it since the battery is dead. To solve this problem i have tried to reset the phone like it was when it came from the box, also i have bought a new battery but that dont seem to have any effect on my problem. Please help me with this.

It sounds like you need to give Samsung/your carrier a call.

If your battery is dying when you turn the phone off and it's doing the same after you've replaced the battery, I think you need to RMA.
