Help serious problem unlocking phone

I'm going to try and cover every detail

I bought a used htc inspre 4g online, i dont know the history of the phone, don't know if it was rooted before and a cant contact the guy who solud it to me

in the hboot the phone displays

well after months of research I finally found the problem
the phone has a bad emmc chip!!

How did you fix it ?
