Help Serious problems with new Android box, need advice and help!!!!

I don't know what to do, I bought this a couple of days ago and it's said to have been jailbreak and loaded already. Last Night, after having the thing a whole day, I hit the power button and that message pops up. Then it gives me seriously about 10 seconds to do something then shuts down.
Does anyone have any ideas, or know what I can do to fix it?? I saw a video on YouTube about factory resetting them, but if I can avoid that I would be a lot happier. Thank you for any help and advice on what I have to do to get her up and running.

Is this a cheapo Kodi box from China? By "jailbreak" I presume you mean root. Jailbreak is something you do with Apple iPhones and iPads.

If you only bought it a couple of days ago, see about returning the thing for a refund or replacement. Being what they are, premature failure can be problem with them, as well as DOA, buggy, etc.
