Root seriously.. low storage?

I have Reppards CM7, I've flashed my apps to SD, and my dalvik-cache is on SD, also I have double checked using A2sdgui and it confirms this, yet my phone froze the other day, and when rebooted it showed 78mb left on storage when usually I have around 180mb, why is this? I even reflashed ROM and reflashed apps2sd, yet no progress?

this is because the a2sd script on reppards has an issue moving the dalvik to the sd.. if you download the latest a2sd script, beta 4, boot into recovery and flash it, then reboot phone and hit the move dalvik to sd in a2sdGUI, it will fix this problem.. no need to wipe anything, just flash the script
