Help Sero 7 Pro died (dead)

Hi,

After 6 months of use, my Sero 7 pro died. One night, I used the tablet til abt 5% battery left, then put it in sleep mode. Couple of days later, it will not start up. I've plugged it in to the charger for several hrs then tried to boot it up and still no response. It is completely dead!

The device is rooted so I couldn't get Hisense to help.

Does anyone have any ideas I can try to "resuscitate" this darn thing?

Try switching out the cable on the charger.

If you bought it from WAL-MART, & still have the receipt, they will more than likely offer to give you a replacement, or, something equivalent if they're no longer stocking it.
