why does my tablet keep saying 'will not connect to server' ?

Either the server is down or you don't have an internet connection. (Those are the most likely problems - you could have a corrupt app, broken hardware, a typo in the address, but the first two are what I'd check. Go to the same server with another device - computer, laptop, etc. Go to some known-good server on the tablet, like AOL.)
