Been having trouble with my TMo WiFi calls dropping...
Read online some suggestion that going into "Service Mode" and turning off WiFi would help.
"Service Mode" - from what I've read - is accessed via dialing *#0011#.
It SHOULD give me screens that look like:

Instead, I'm getting a blank screen and no WiFi option:
This is true whether or not my WiFi antenna is turned on, or my Teleco.
I'm overseas, so I'm keeping my 4G antenna off, but I can't see how that would make a difference.
Help/thoughts?
