Help service not activated in network

I got the LG Motion yesterday for me and my daughter. We both love it. I can attach pictures fine to text messages but she gets "service not activated in network" whenever she tries. Very odd since both phones are in my account and we got both phones yesterday. I thought I should try to see if there's anybody here with experience on how to fix this.

Also how do you screencapture with this phone and write notes over pics? Thanks, Mitch.

I dont know about the service thing...but I think to screencap you hold both the volume rockers...like up and down at the same time...and it does it

To screencapture just slide down the top status menu, there is an icon on the left for capturing and drawing. Think the feature is called Quickmemo? Can't remember at the moment.

Works very well, simple and easy to use. Was surprised at how well the drawing feature worked especially on a phone with the smaller screen size.

Problem solved. A service rep guided me on reprogramming the phone. That did the trick.
