Root Service Provider is null?

Okay so recently I've reset back to stock using the stock tot due to my forgetting to flash the apn fix when installing Cyanogen and lost LTE, all fine. Well as soon as I get back I'm having trouble activating the device, it failed all five attempts. So, I go to setting and try self activation and it says something about changing devices or something, which I did not do. I've tried everything after rerooting including flashing the APN fix a couple of times. When I go to Settings>More>Mobile Networks>4G Settings > It says my network provider is "null"

I know I'm more than likely going to have to call virgin mobile to get this problem solved, however I do not have my vkey anymore, as I accidentally deleted it from my Google drive where I had it stored.

If anyone here knows of another solution and do I really need my vkey when I call VM to fix this?

Huh...did you try after flashing the apn fix? You might need to reflash the tot. I recall others having issues getting service back after flashing lollipop...happened to me once too. I lost it flashing CM12, and had to flash Candy to get it back. Don't know how others fixed it, or why that fixed it for me.

I've flashed the tot three times, one doing normal Board DL, the second Doing Upgrade DL, then Board DL twice. I get same problem every single time. I even restored Cyanogen Mod ROM from a backup I had made a while ago, still not service. Also, the data under "My phone number" is incorrect, but that's to be expected when it cannot activate, the first 6-8 digits are zeros

I had Same problem what I did was get my msl and went thru entering my info manually I believe I first dialed ##msl# and entered my phone number then entered my MIN which I got from Sprint then dialed ##data# and the put in all that info just call your service provider and ask them to walk you thru a manual activation

So I called them and they said that my device had been wiped from the system since I hadn't paid the bill in 60 days! Welp, no more service now oh well! I think I'll be switching to another device soon to be honest! Though I do love this community and hope it stays as active as it is now! :)
