Help Service shortcuts disappeared

The service shortcuts in my drag-down notification bar all disappeared (wifi, bluetooth, data, rotation, etc.)

Any ideas?

go to settings, display settings then make sure notification settings is checked if not then click it and then the notification shortcuts should re-appear. i accidently turned mine off and im like how did i do that
