my favorite new app is service tattler; it's a service-only restaurant review tool and tip calculator. you select from a list of Yays (things you liked about your experience) and Boos (things that sucked). they can be really fun, like "server favorites will become mine" or "server made snarky remark." there is also a timer with stop watch type feature where you can time different things that happened during the dining experience; such as, time from drink order to drink served... all of these things calculate an objective tip at the end.

i'm totally addicted to this app. check it out and tell me what you think.
