Set Asus Eee Pad Transformer Default Browser

I have an Asus Eee Pad Transformer with a keyboard dock, and I use Dolphin Browser HD as my favorite browser. The keyboard dock has a "internet" button that you press and it takes you to the internet, BUT it goes to the stock browser. I was wondering if there was any way that I could change the settings or something so that it would take me to Dolphin Browesr HD instead of the stock browser? I have already made Dolphin Browser HD as my default browser, and I thought it would work, but it didn't... so I'm not sure what to do. Thanks so much in advance! :D

If you clear the defaults for the stock browser via the applications menu, then press the button on the dock, does it prompt you to select a default browser?

Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications -> "DEFAULT BROWSER NAME" -> Clear Defaults.

What about trying the same thing with Dolphin?

I don't actually have the tablet, I was just using what works for these sort of things on most devices. I'll see if I can find the manual online, see if that says anything about it. It could well be that the button is hardwired to open that particular browser?

That could be an option, but I'd prefer not to root my brand new tablet just yet... :) If there are no other options, I guess I'll have to though.
And it just opens the stock browser with no other options at all
