Anyone have a userguide or recommendations on how to use properly or best settings for profiles to use?

Downloaded this a while back, and dont quite think Im using it to the best of its abilities :-)

Press the widget icon and go advanced, then all I have done is set the screen on Freq to maximum and the screen off Freq to be at the bare minimum.

It takes a second longer to fire up from rest but thats it and Im sure the battery lasts longer, the lowest I have found the phone to not be laggy is 500000 with the screen on.
