Help Set Default Storage Location to SD Card for All Non-app Data?

Sooner or later, I *will* break this phone, just like I've broken every phone I've ever owned.

Therefore I'd like ALL my data (except apps) stored on my external SD card so I can simply pull the card and pop it into my replacement phone.

How does one configure the RAZR MAXX HD so that it automatically stores all user data / downloads / documents to the physical SD card rather than internal memory? I already have my camera set to store things there.
