Mods Set path [Root only]

Can anyone enlighten me with a lil spark of wisdom?...How to set path for jdk7 in Windows8 64 bit...Can not get java to run!

I was there and then I remembered that I renamed jdk 1.7.0 to just jdk after looking at a video on youtube..appreciate the help though!
