Set up a daily reminder?

Not sure if this can be done without an additional app. But does anyone know if there is a way to set a daily reminder? I appreciate any assistance. Ideally I can just set it and forget it and not have to set it every day.

use the systems alarm clock and set reminder ...can be set fro any time and day to repeat ...with a label as a reminder , just alarm, just vib, or both, choose ringtone and repeat schedule for days of the week desired...

Paco .... not everyone has widgets yet... !!! so maybe not

And I sure would not want such a recurring reminder clogging up my calendar when a tucked-away-out-of-site alarm clock would do it perfectly ...

GTasks, free from the Market, does the same thing and sync's with your Google on-line calendar as well. No need to sign up separately to another web site either.
