SetCPU stress testing

Hello there, my fellow Android users

I just had a couple of questions regarding SetCPU and stress testing. I've searched the forums and I haven't found a topic that answer my questions.

Okay, so i'm undervolting my CPU for less battery drain and I was just wondering how long should I let a stress test run? I read something about 3-4 minutes. And also, lets say i'm stress testing at 800MHz, do I need to set the minimum and maximum value to 800 too in order to do it right or will it also work just having 200 minimum and 800 maximum? And lastly, those set profiles kinda confuse me and there isn't alot to read in the help. Should I run the stress test in 'OnDemand' or 'Conservative' ?

Save yourself some work and install "Stability Test" from the Market. Its "Classic Test" runs the CPU at the max set speed so you only need to adjust that for each test. I run it for a minimum of 30mins, then do another 30mins of the "Scaling Test" once I've settled on my working values just to check overall stability.
