That is pretty easy. Most music players will let you set a song you have selected as a Ringtone by pressing menu while listening to the song or longpressing on the song in a list. Winamp will let you do this for example... Another cool app to have is a editor that will let you choose a certain part of a track like this one... Hope this was helpful to you!
