ROMs Setting force close

So I added the reboot button and recovery button but the thing I'm having trouble in is. Force closes in settings.. any idea why?
 
No in Android.policy.jar and framework.jar and added the strings to. But I recently found out it happens when I add pictures
But I did copy and paste from someones rom that was the same build as the one I'm using. Can that he the problem?
