Setting Forwarding/Ringtone for 'UNKNOWN' - (HTC Hero)

Recently I've been getting a lot of calls from 'UNKNOWN' at stupid O'clock in the morning. Is there a way of doing any of the following...

a) set the phone so that calls from UNKNOWN get sent directly to voicemail.
b) set the phone so that calls from numbers *NOT* in my contact list get sent directly to voicemail.
c) set the ringtone for 'UNKNOWN'.
d) set the ringtone for numbers NOT in my contacts.

If someone is unwilling to reveal their phone number then they don't deserve my attention, especially at 8.30am in the morning and extra especially on a Saturday.
 
Not really sure, but maybe add a contact on your phone as UNKNOWN...and see if that works? Or you could use a call forwarding service (Free if you get free Call forward) like Youmail. Not quite sure if that will do what you want either, but I know that you can have a unique voicemail waiting for the person that called you with a blocked number. Such as making it sound like the number that they just dialed is out of service, etc...

Maybe with this info you can come up with a solution?
