Setting home page

Ok I set my browser homepage in the settings but how come when I open my browser window, it always opens what I was on before?

How do I set it so my home page opens?
 
You could bookmark your home page and create a link on your home screen to this bookmark.
Then use the bookmark's link icon instead of browser icon :)
