i using samsung note2..the question is why when i want to install an application, it say that note enough space ..but i already had sc card in the phone..second is why my keyboard in the handphone are cannot last longer..when i want to write my password to log in wifi..the keyboard are always missing..
Hello Alice, and welcome to the forums.
The first thing to do is do some house cleaning. I mean in the phone.
Go into the Application Manager via the Settings area of the main menu, then click each app in the "downloaded" tab (there are also "running" and "all" tabs in that section). Doing this will take some time, of course.
Hit each apps clear cache button, then shut down the device.
Then clear the cache partition by holding the volume up + home button + power button all at the same time. Keep holding until you see the white "Galaxy Note II..." phrase then release all three buttons at once.
Next use the volume down key to navigate to "wipe cache." Be sure that selection is the one highlighted then hit the power button to start the cache wipe.
When it's done it'll revert to the "reboot now" selection by default. Hit power and let it reboot.
