Apparently I made a change under settings...call settings & change to CALL BARRING & FIXED DIALING NUMBER SETTINGS....my manual says to remove these..but when I go to "CALL SETTINGS"..it is not highlighted & will not allow me to go to this particular setting..pls.help..can not make any outgoing calls.
