Help setting problems

My settings keep changing on their own...my Bluetooth will just randomly turn off and my screen display keeps resetting back to 15 seconds after I've set it to 30...the changes dont happen immediately it takes a day or so...I'm new to the Samsung note...am I missing something? Anyone else having this problem???

This is not normal. Just for the heck of it, try a factory reset. If it keeps doing it, get it replaced.
