Help Setting Up Hotmail Account

I am not able to set up a hotmail account on my Android Turbo for some reason. Everything else about the phone appears to work normally but every time I put in my e mail address and password I cannot go any further. It keeps telling me that my username and or password are incorrect.

I cannot go back to a point where I can change my password in order to try a different one. Any ideas?

You don't say which email app you are using, so I'll guess it's one which came with the phone. But have you tried a different one from the Play Store? AquaMail or MailDroid would be worth a go, or the ever-popular K9 Mail?

I don't understand why you can't try a different password though. The account isn't set up at that point, so cancel and try again from scratch. If you don't have other email accounts set up on that app, clearing data for the app should certainly let you go back to the start.
