Help Setting up "profiles" (pre made noise settings)

Hello,

I have asked this question around and keep getting different responses.

Back in the Nokia days you used to be able to have different profiles. "Silent" "Loud" "Normal" "Discreet" "Vibrate only"

Bascially pre-made profiles that dictated how long the ring tone was, for messages/phone/vibration, etc.

This is not possible on any apple device.
Is this possible on an android? Specifically a google pixel?

There are tons of volume applications in the play store that let you create profiles
