setting up roaming

Hi all, are there any specific things i need to do to be able to roam to at@t? Called CS and they said they would add the feature, but, no roaming yet....

Which carrier are you with? Who is CS?
 
CS is tmobile customer service. I am with tmo (not prepaid). This phone has so many programing options it will take me months to figure them all out. Glad you guys bought before me so I can just pop over here and ask you. I did do some research but couldn't find this answer.
 
Walmart, I moved this to the T-Mobile forum for you. I think you'll probably get a better answer about roaming here. :)

I don't get roaming on my no contract plan so I can't help much.
