If you mean that you want to show your picture without it being cropped automatically to fit the screen, then your only option is .. to crop it manually.
You may need to reduce the size of the picture before cropping if it's bigger than your screen definition. You can then trim the edges until you get the image size to match your screen size.
Any semi-decent photo editor should allow this - even MSPAINT.EXE would probably do at a push.
