Hey all,

Is it possible to actually sett a wallpaper without cropping and resizing it cause i downloaded a few 240 * 400 wallpapers that I want to cover my whole screen without having to crop them cause they just end up looking weird.

Anyone that knows how to fix that?

Thank you

The samsung galaxy apollo gt i-5800. The non-orange one. Basicly I've downloaded a few wallpapers that's the same resolution as the screen and I want them as the background picture on my phone but when I press set as wallpaper I have to crop it to a stupid size that doesn't cover the whole wallpaper and then I can't set it like I want it as wallpaper. It ends up being magnified and looking weird.

I couldn't get this to work either; I also wanted to use images of my own and had all the fiddling about with cropping. There's an app called PWALL which does it all for you; there's a free version with limited storage or a paid version. Even I can work it!

Unfortunately the dimensions of the wallpaper have to fall directly within a certain criteria:

480 by 400 pixels.

Which would be a 1.2 to 1 ratio.
