Settings > Apps > Running -- Question

Hi All,

Does anyone know why the Google Music App shows among the Running Apps ?
Knowing that I didn't start this app at all ... and everytime I close it ..it starts again !
Also can I / how to delete the cached processes under the same Running apps tab ?

Thank you,

Make sure you have the main Google auto-sync off. Not sure if that's it, but I don't have GM showing up in running apps. Also make sure GM is closed.

Hello Tcat007, thank you for the quick reply !

Google auto-sync off : you meant by that in the Settings > Accounts & syncs ?
There Sync is off !

Yeah, that's the spot.. no clue then. Usually just because it's "running" doesn't mean it's actually doing anything. Look at phone use and see if music is using much power (or install something like Power Tudor).
