Help Settings Change Unexpectedly

These settings spontaneously change every day: (1) The Mobile data box in Data usage gets unchecked, (2) the Auto rotate screen box in Display gets unchecked, and (3) the Screen timeout box in Display switches to 15 seconds.

I have 4.3. Any ideas? Thanks

It could be one of the 4.3 S3 bugs (there are too many to keep track of), or it could be glitchy memory.
