Settings | Cloud - only Samsung and Dropbox?

If I go to Settings > Cloud, I can only see Samsung and Dropbox there (despite the fact that I have quite a few cloud storage apps installed). Does this depend on what the respective providers include in their apps?

Some of the others are listed in the Accounts section. But then again, not all of them are there (SkyDrive is, SugarSync isn't, Dropbox is - which has as a consequence double settings, i.e. I had to turn off camera sync both in Accounts section and under Settings/Cloud/Dropbox).

My AT&T Note II does not even have a Settings -> Cloud. Everything is under Settings -> Accounts I think.

You're not missing anything. Do you have Samsung Apps store app/shortcut, BTW?

Well, according to this...
Samsung's S Cloud service appears on Galaxy Note II | The Verge
...it seems Samsung & Dropbox are the only ones supposed to be there for now.
