Help Settings Crash?

Hey, when I get on my S6 edge, I want to change my lock screen security. When it asks me to put in my backup Pin, I do. It then tells me "Unfortunately, Settings has crashed." How do I solve this?

Hi,
Go to settings >storage>cached data>clear cached data.
Go to home screen> google settings app> menu> clear app data.
Settings>storage>apps>settings> clear data.
Go to settings>storage>apps>google play services> manage space >clear data.
Settings>storage>apps>google play store> clear data.
Wait some time until the data is reloaded for all apps.
Reboot /restart device.

I just completed this process, yet it asks me for the pin. I put it in, and then Settings goes back to its menu.

Hi,
Is it possible for you a factory reset then go with a reset.
Before reset backup your data.

Okay, now I see the actual issue. When I try to do something, it asks me for my pin. When I am at this point, I put in my pin to see "Unfortunately, settings has crashed." I did the backed up factory reset and I don't know how to bring back my data saved to my Google account.

make it a point to ONLY keep your Contacts in the Google contacts list...
that way, the next time you activate any phone, they are already there.
