settings gone?

Every time I attempt to go into my phone settings it says "unfortunately, settings has stoped" I have reset my phone 3 times, held the power button to force reset it, still nothing. Idk what happend but all my settings are wrong and am unable to change them. Any way I can do a factory reset or something without goin in to the settings?

stock, I got that figured out (while phone was off held the volume and power)...but now my facebook for lg is gone and wont sync the contact pictures

How old is the phone by the way? Better get it done through a service center or service provider if its within the warranty period.
