Help Settings Icon Disappeared

I am rooted and have froyo 2.2. Yesterday my wiggets stop working. I get a "The appliacation Launcher (process com.android.launcher) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." And now when I press the menu button and settings button nothing happens and the settings icon has disappeared from the app drawer. So now I have no way of opening my settings menu.........Any Ideas?

only solution i could think of is reflashing froyo

Ok speeder but how do I do that? Can I just reflash froyo by starting on step 11 from the "how to install Froyo post"?

You cleared the Dalvik Cache at the wrong time in the process of applying Froyo. Use my how to flash Froyo guide and you'll be able to access your settings again.
