Hey there, I've got a Motorola e4 and after it reset randomly about two weeks ago, I haven't been able to open my settings. I press the button and it opens then crashes right away. What should I do?

Settings keeps crashing

reboot into safe mode and see if it is still doing the same thing. if it is then i would do a factory reset and hopefully that fixes the issue.
